Hi everyone,
For those of you that don’t know, Shelby has recently seen a few doctors and has officially been diagnosed with blindness in one eye, cataracts in both eyes, and high risk for retinal detachment (going completely blind). Even with contacts and glasses, all of these issues still exist which means that she is having trouble driving, reading, and functioning overall. She has always had vision concerns but they have progressed exponentially in the last year, with the potential to go completely blind if not corrected in a timely manner. In order to help with these issues, she will need surgery and special retina treatment. Even with insurance the cost is quite high and they don’t offer any type of payment plans. This means that she cannot do this procedure until it is paid in full. And until this procedure is done, she is at greater risk for worsening her condition as well as limited driving, working etc.
We kindly ask that you donate anything you can to her medical costs for these procedures. Any help is deeply appreciated! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
