Please help me see a specialist

Those of you that know me know that I have struggled for some time with gastrointestinal issues. The issues come and go, with flare ups ranging from me taking a day off work to me needing a PICC line to keep me stable. Currently, my team has decided that my "normal" is getting fluids and nutrients from the hospital 3 days a week with terrible symptoms of daily pain, discomfort, and vomiting. This has put me out of work, led to me barely finishing school this semester, and has caused me to miss out on various opportunities. My team here in California is out of ideas. However, a member of my team had a consultation with doctor Jennifer Gaudiani, a nationally recognized internalist located in Denver. Though she only takes about 60 patients on a year, she is willing to take on my case. However, she works on a private pay basis with her clinical membership being $5000. My family has paid so much for my various treatments over the last 2 1/2 years and want so badly to give me the opportunity to see the doctor who may finally be able to figure out what is wrong. I would be so grateful for any help with this fund to hopefully get me a diagnosis and allow me to live the life I fought through the eating disorder to live.
