Sunday October the 19th at approximately 5:30 in the evening, 9 year old Elijah Xander Villarreal was  maliciously killed in a hit & run crash &  taken home to rest in peace with his Father in heaven. Eli's family, the  Chavarria &  Villarreal's are enduring  the tragic loss & mourning their 9 year old son.
