A statement from club captain Mike Ashwin

As most of you are aware, Rich Mortimer suffered a serious injury playing for the club Frampton Cotterell last week, breaking both his Tibia and Fibula.

Rich is a dedicated player, junior coach and club sponsor. He’s given so much of his time, energy and passion to help us on the field.

Unfortunately, this injury means Rich faces a long recovery and a significant period away from work.

As a club, we want to come together to give back. The goal of this fundraiser is to help ease the financial pressure on Rich and his family while he focuses on getting back on his feet.

Every little bit helps giving Rich some peace of mind during his recovery.
