If you’ve lived in our building for any length of time, chances are you know Sidney. For over 45 years, he’s been a steady, dedicated presence—always working quietly, always showing up. Rain or shine, Sidney never misses a day.

You’ve likely seen him painting, repairing, and caring for every inch of this place. And if you’ve ever stopped to speak with him, you know: Sidney is kind, humble, and deeply devoted.

Now, Sidney needs us.

He’s recently been diagnosed with cancer, and it’s serious. As he begins treatment, the financial burden is growing—medical bills, rent, and the basic cost of living are quickly becoming overwhelming.
