Update on Bella:
With heavy hearts, our family would like to share with you that Bella's battle with cancer is over. On July 14, 2016, Bella received miraculous healing and is now pain free and in the arms of our Lord and Savior. Although our hearts are broken, we have assured faith we will see her again. Thank you to everyone who has helped financially and who has prayed for Bella and our family. We are extremely grateful for your love and support. If you feel led to support financially, Bella's gofundme page will remain open. These funds will be used to assist with the expenses of her upcoming memorial. Thank you again for all that you have done for Bella and our family. We love you!
On February 10, 2016, our beautiful fun loving 11 year old niece Bella was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Bella had been complaining of headaches and was taken to Valley Children's Hospital in Madera where she was diagnosed with a germ cell tumor. As you can imagine, our family was devastated after hearing this news. Since her diagnosis, she has had five brain surgeries along with many other medical complications which delayed her chemotherapy treatments. It has been a difficult road but with God's mercy and grace and the support of family and friends, we have managed to make it through this far. If you know Bella, you know she has a great sense of humor and a huge heart for others. What she wants more than anything is to go back to school and be with her friends. As of now, she completed her second out of six rounds of chemo. There are 21 days between each round and radiation will follow. It is expected that Bella will be hospitalized during the whole duration of her treatment. My cousin Monika, Bella's mom, will not be able to return to work for some time as she'll continue to be by Bella's side. This campaign was created as many of our friends and family have asked how they can contribute to help Bella through this process. As a family, we appreciate whatever financial support you can give. Please be in prayer over Bella and our family as we continue to walk this journey with her. God bless you all! ❤️
