Kasey's Senior Film Project

Hello! My name is Kasey Latten, and I am a senior dance major interested in creative directing starting on my final project before graduation. My film is a captivating dance production that explores different dance film inspirations throughout the decades. With the help of 4 assistant choreographers, I hope to show to incredible dynamic range of screen dance. As an aspiring creative director and choreographer, this project is not just an assignment; it's the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and creativity.

Unfortunately, the costs of producing a high-quality film can be prohibitive for students. From equipment rentals to space rental and post-production expenses, the costs quickly add up. That's why I am reaching out to the community for support.

This project means much more to me than just a film; it's my voice, my vision, and my chance to share something with the help of my peers at Chapman for our last semester. Being in this environment for the last 4 years has been such a learning experience and I want to show the knowledge and connections I have gained.
