Brian Martin - Delta Barber Shop: please help.
Brian needs your help. Many of you know Brian as your friendly neighborhood barber, the owner of Delta Barbershop in Antioch. On December 4, 2019 A customer became irate over the haircut her child received. She left and returned a few minutes later and proceeded to use vulgarity and began ranting. She was ultimately asked to leave and refused. She violently kicked at the glass door several times before exiting the shop and continuing her rant. Due to her irrational behavior, Brian went outside to snap a picture of her license plate. There wasn’t a plate on the front of the Prius. He was going to take api true of the back license plate and with her children in the car, she stepped on the gas, effectively striking Brian and knocking him thru the glass front on a neighboring shop front. Then she put it into reverse and fled the scene. He has suffered severe breakage in his leg that is going to require a rod to be placed and will most likely be out of work for a few months. When you are self employed, one of the greatest hardships is when something happens that prohibits your earning a living. And on December 4, that’s what happened. That being said, we’ve no idea what kind of funds he will need but putting in an amount was required. Any amount that you could spare would be greatly appreciated and useful. And even if financially it’s not possible to donate, please say a prayer to whatever god or deity you worship or believe in for his healing and peace of mind. The nerve damage, flare ups are torturous for him. It’s impacting him physically as well as mentally. And although it may seem like a strange request, I know that Brian would ask you to pray for Ruby and her children. Her actions will have consequences far beyond just the possibility of her going to jail. She’s got young children that she failed to consider before her rage got the better of her.
