Orthopaedic Surgery - 14 months old

Hi, my name is Sabrina, mother of Nehemiah and his beloved cat Cheeto.

Cheeto is an energetic cat that exemplifies the stereotype of an orange cat and is adored by our son Nehemiah.

Unfortunately, Cheeto broke his leg while we were away for the weekend. He was found by our family member, caring for him in our absence, meowing in pain and not allowing physical touch. We took him to the vet the next day and after a $605 bill for the assessment and X-rays, Cheeto has been referred to an Orthopaedic surgeon. The fracture occurred to the femur at the site connecting to the pelvis and will not be able to heal on its own. The cheapest surgery option will cost us $4000 + tax.

We hate to see and hear Cheeto in pain. We would especially hate for him to live a life limping and in pain.
