Five weeks ago in early February 2017 Jack woke to find the right side  of his face paralized.  He went to Valley Hospital on February 5th and was initially diagnosed with Bells palsy and sent home.  Jack followed up with his doctor on February 10th and had an MRI done.  His wife Kim was told to IMMEDIATELY rush him to the hospital.  Jack's worst fears and nightmare were soon to become a reality.  Jack was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastasized Adenocarcinoma. With eight tumors on his brain and a large mass on his lungs.

Jack has been married to his wife Kim for 32 years.  Kim herself is a cancer survivor and is now fighting for her husbands life.  Kim is handling this battle largely by herself as Jack is most comfortable with his wife caring for him and his needs.

Jack is a loyal member of the Ironworkers Union, Local Chapter 433 and has been a member for over 28 years.  He is also a member of the Labor Alliance Safety Committee.  Jack is a hard worker and well respected among his peers, coworkers, and most importantly his family and friends.

Jack has been put on an aggressive treatment regimen, receiving radiation five days a week.  With the radiation and his tumors his vision and hearing are severely impared.  He is unable to blink or smile at this point.

Jack can no longer support his family.

Jack is his family's only source of income. Jack has jumped in without  hesitation and has been supporting his daughter and grandson as well who also live with him.

Jack and Kim are in desperate need of a miracle in the form of prayers and support and donations as his medical bills are rapidly mounting along with the normal weekly/monthly bills that need to be paid in order to live, up to and including groceries.

We are friends of Jack and Kim, and we are setting up this gofundme account for them in hopes some angels out there can help us support them.  We have known this couple for over 13 years and they are the people you call on when you need help and they are there no questions asked, the real people you count on when things get rough and you need help.  Please help us help this family and bring them a miracle.
