Please help James. My name is Dawn DeBiase, in live in East Stroudsburg Pa, only a couple miles from James. I have met James a few times, we have common friends and he worked with my mom at one point. I am looking to raise $$ to get James a reliable car able to handle the rough Pa roads & hills he lives on and also include taxes, registration, title, tags and of course insurance.
