OBITUARY
Carrie Ann Patrick, 51, of Dousman, WI left her earthly home for Heaven on August 31, 2020 at AngelsGrace Hospice in Oconomowoc.

Carrie was born on March 27, 1969 in Milwaukee, WI. On September 7, 2004 she married the love of her life, Scott Patrick at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Palmyra, WI. Dear all,

We all know Carrie Patrick as a wonderful person and a highly professional executive assistant.  Unfortunately, a few weeks ago Carrie was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the lung. This will be a tough battle, but Carrie is not losing faith and is gearing up for a serious fight.

As you can imagine, these are trying times for Carrie, her husband Scott, and their three kids David (14), Arik (12), and Caitlyn (10).  In addition to having to deal with very tough news, the family will be facing financial difficulties due to unplanned medical expenses. Although insurance covers some expenses, the medical bills for the portion that is not covered are starting to pile up.  Also some of the treatment options Carrie is keen to try are not covered by insurance.

We know that many of you would want to help, so we have started this fundraiser campaign to support Carrie and her family and help them deal with the unplanned medical expenses.
