Borneo Expedition 2026

Hi, our names are Jacob and Ruaraidh, we are 14 years old.

In July 2026 we are heading to Borneo with Camps International for a 4 week expedition to help with rural community projects.

This is an amazing opportunity to help create long term sustainable change.

Our off grid volunteering trip will include :-

Protecting the habitat of orangutan’s by planting native trees.

Building and refurbishing schools and classrooms to support local education.

Installing water storage systems for sustainable living.

We have been busy raising funds through car washing, cleaning wheelie bins and mowing lawns.

Our next challenge in the summer holidays will be climbing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks in one day!

We would be very grateful for any kind donations to help us reach our target. The funds raised will help towards our travel and accommodation costs (£4890)
