Hello, my name is Gavin Selch. I am asking for help to be able to get to my medical appointments and testing, being able to afford my medicines and co-pays. I have been very sick these last couple months, unable to work. I have severe spinal stenosis along my Spine.. I'm having difficulty with walking and I'm unable to use my right arm, severe pain , and loss of My ability to function has been taken away.
I am waiting on a Surgery consult to see what can be done..
I am currently working with my Physicians to figure out what is wrong..a couple of different issues have popped up. I have had to cancel medical appointments/and forgo some treatments as I can not make co-pays or have gas for transportion, pay parking fees, (which was humiliating) or unable to purchase medicines. I am being sent for surgical consult on my neck & spine since I am unable to use my RT arm much at all, issues with walking. The MRI showed several concerning issues.
Also need help getting a new water heater, as my current one caught fire due to negligence from water line repairs. I am unable to purchase this and make monthly payments on it, due to financial constraints on my income. My SSD check goes to rent and nothing left after I pay rent & water.
I have applied to several community outreach programs for assistance to help with paying bills, had a couple denials , waiting to hear back on a couple others.

I am currently working with Vocational Rehabilitation, have been medically assessed and doing Cognitive therapy to get ready for training for new employment. I am just trying to keep my head up , keep the roof over my head for myself and my son Ehren, and stay alive as my medical illnesses take over and keep me unable to work and barely functioning.
