Charlie needs surgery

Charlie, Justin's dog, was attacked and seriously injured by a pit bull Tuesday morning. Justin tried to break up the exchange and was also injured.
The owner of the attacker fled the scene, so it's unlikely there'll be remittance from her.
He's been at the animal hospital all day and will require surgery in order to recover.
Although Charlie will make it, the surgery will cost 3,000. We'd like to help Justin and Charlie out as soon as possible.
