Baby Olivia or Liv, as her mommy and daddy call her, has been fighting all her short life. Four month old Liv has Biliary Atresia, a rare disease affecting the bile ducts and liver function. Liv has spent a lot of time in the hospital, had multiple biopsies and tests. Liv is currently at UofM Hospital where she recently underwent an 8 hour surgery called a Kasai Procedure to save her life.

Olivia is a strong, loving, happy little girl who has touched, inspired and brings hope to anyone. Even with everything she's been through she still has smiles and laughs for her Mom and Dad, Katie and Michael and big sister, 6 year old Riley.

As you can imagine this has taken its toll on her family, not only emotionally but financially. They have spent many weeks in and out of hospitals while medical bills and monthly expenses have quickly been piling up. Little Liv has a long road ahead but one day at a time is what her family is concentrating on right now. They just want to get her well enough to go home.
