Darleen Thomas' Wheelchair/Carnegie

Most of us know Darleen Thomas from the Fort St. John Walmart.  She is the pleasant lady in the wheelchair that has worked for Walmart for many years. Darleen is the triple amputee that jumped into action to save a person that was having a heart attack at the store. After delivering CPR, the individual made a full recovery. Darleen, a former paramedic, was recognized by the BC Ambulance service for her heroic actions.

Recently, Darleen's electric wheelchair was damaged, and cost her upwards of $3000 to repair.  She has had to use all her savings to get it back working.  Unfortunately, she was hoping her savings would get her to New York to participate with the local choir at Carnegie Hall this fall. Any help you can provide, I know is appreciated by Darleen.
