We are reaching out today on behalf of our wonderful colleague, Sarah Reddington from CVSP, who is facing an incredibly challenging time. As many of you know, her husband recently underwent major heart surgery. While he focuses on his recovery, Sarah has been the main caregiver and emotional support during this difficult journey.

Unfortunately, Sarah is currently on FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) without pay, making it even harder to manage the financial strain that comes with medical bills, daily expenses, and taking care of her family. As the primary breadwinner, she is trying to balance the needs of her family, but the current circumstances have created a financial hardship that is difficult to overcome alone.
