Mitch and Ash with a deluge of medical bills.

I know this is medical, and I promise that it's not just dog medical bills. We have had a string of medical issues lately between me, my spouse Mitch and our dogs. We've sort of gone from one crisis to another crisis for the past six months (probably longer, but now we can't afford it anymore).

I am disabled and I've needed physical therapy a couple of times this year just to be able to walk, much less go to work. Mitch needs another knee replacement surgery as soon as he has the sick days to be able to take off of work. You can probably tell by the amount of the ask that we have health insurance, but it's really bad health insurance with a really high deductible. Then, on top of that, my dog Stella had skin cancer, then a really bad infection in her jaw that had to be surgically removed.

So now, my dog Khan has an ulcer in his eye that won't heal. He can still see out of that eye, and he has been having trouble getting around because he doesn't walk that well either (we have that in common), but when he can see he can play with the other dogs just fine. So with all of that, plus a lot of days missed from work due to pain and not being able to get around, we're getting kind of desperate. We need to pay our mortgage (we're lucky enough to not be renting, I know) and pay down some of these bills.
