George Fox

Hello everyone. My name is Stephanie and I'm George's sister-in-law. As all of you know, George Fox passed away on September 8th, 2025. He is survived by his wife Roxana Romero, his mother-in-law Sonia, his sisters-in-law Fanny and Stephanie, his brothers-in-law Zach and Freddy, his nephews Paulo, Angelo, and Alexandro, his extended family in Colorado and many friends he considered family. His sudden death has shocked all of us and words can't express how saddened we are.

As many of you know, George was taken to the ER at the Centennial Hills Hospital on Sunday night and a few hours later he was transferred to the Valley Hospital because of heart problems. After many exams, doctors found out that he had a pulmonary embolism and they started providing medication right away. It looked like everything was going to be okay; even our dear George was texting with some of us the same day. But suddenly, later at night, Geo had a heart attack. Doctors did everything possible to save his life, but nothing worked out. It's very sad and crazy to see how everything happened. We just returned to Colorado from our vacation with them and I would never have imagined that life would go this way.

My family and I are so thankful for George's friends, Christina, Josh, and Bryon, who were able to be at the hospital with my sister at the time. George was an incredible person, an amazing husband, a great friend, a funny guy, always willing to help others. He loved cats, he was a big fan of the Denver Broncos, he loved to go to concerts with his friends, and he had a passion for collecting different types of things.

I have opened this GoFundMe page to raise some money to help my sister with her expenses, like the funeral, medical bills, attorneys, and more. Also, I would like to raise some money to make it possible for our middle sister, who is in Peru, to come to be with Rox during this hard time.

Thanks to one of my cousins, my mom was able to come from Peru to be here with us. As you know, Rox and Geo don't have close family in Nevada. I would appreciate you all keeping Rox and my family in your prayers. To all George's friends, my family and I appreciate each of you. We know that you were not just friends, you were his family. Also, thank you so much to Donna and Clark for making it possible that I flew out to Las Vegas as soon as possible last week. Thank you all for your kind messages and big support during this hard time.
