continue my university education

Hi, I am Jiyeon I'm fundraising to complete my education at my university in the UK; without it, I will be forced to return to Korea and stop my education.

I am currently in my second year of university at AUB, studying Visual Effects for Film and TV. I came to the UK to be a filmmaker. I recently got scammed, and my tuition fees for this year have been stolen from me; since reporting this to the police, I've been told the chances of getting my money back aren't very high. I've been trying to get help from the university, but unfortunately, due to my visa conditions, if I cannot find the funds to pay my tuition fees for this term by Christmas, I'll be forced to return to Korea. There is nothing in Korea to help me gain the funds to continue my education, so going back would set me back to the beginning.

I left Korea after experiencing sexual harassment from my superior. To make a new life for myself, I went to Australia and had three jobs to save up money for my education for a year, and I have been working and studying at the same time for many years. It took me three years to get here to study in the UK.

The funds gained will go directly to my tuition to help me stay in the UK, finish my education and get a job.

Any support would be greatly appreciated, and it would mean so much to me. I've worked so hard to get to this point; having to stop now would be heartbreaking.
