Friends we need help for this sweet dog in Russia who we have named Phoenix.  He was living on the streets and some cruel people beat her nearly to death.  He was found staggering - blinded in both eyes. Some brave rescuers got her to the vet but her eyes had to be removed. Cause 4 Paws Toronto together with Our Angel Foundation are raising funds for her medical expenses and the cost of bringing her to Toronto. Phoenix will be cared for in by a special needs foster and receive all the medical and supportive care that she requires.
