HELP ME ESCAPE MY ABUSIVE EX

I really didnt want to do something like this and its so mortifying and embarrassing to have to, but I really need help getting this person out of my life.
So I mentioned how i recently left my boyfriend of 10 years on my blog, but I really didn’t get into how bad it was.
I met him online 10 years ago when I was literally a couple days away from my 15th bday. He was 19 when I met him and we started dating pretty quickly. I had just escaped my abusive father’s household and was living alone in an apartment. I was young and stupid so I jumped into the relationship. He almost immediately started showing red flags like being jealous of my other friends (which I barely had at the time), needing my constant attention or threatening me when I was sad to make it about himself.
I went and visited him and he also blew up at me while I was there but I still stuck with him. He moved in with me shortly after I met him the first time and he started becoming physically violent with me almost immediately.
My mom wouldnt let me leave him because she only saw him when he was pretending to be pathetic and helpless. He was extremely two faced. He also turned all my friends against me and lied about how I am until I ended up alone. Every time I made a new friend he would blow up at me and call me a slut and other horrible things.
I broke up with him about 2 weeks ago and I had to call the police because he was becoming violent with me again. He spent a week in the hospital and I told him we were through. He seemed ok with it after he was int he hospital and my mom forced me to allow him to stay with me again on the couch saying “itll be ok if you arent together”
Well, yesterday he blew up at me while I was even online streaming with my friends and I had to quickly disconnect as he screamed at me, took the photo off the wall and shattered the glass everywhere.
He also approached me and tried to punch me and I had to physically push him out of the house or he would have hurt me again.
He’s staying at my mom’s house right now but she won’t pay for a ticket to send him back to his home in maine and I know she’s going to push him back into my house and I won’t have a choice.
I need 650$ to be able to afford his ticket and be able to ship his belongings so I never have to see him again. (+ what gofundme takes out)
