In January 2021, I was rear-ended in a really bad car accident that totaled my car and caused lifelong injuries to my neck, back, shoulders, left hand, and left leg.

Due to chronic pain because of my injuries, I'm on a lot of pain pills. It has also interfered with my social life, being with family, driving, and doing simple things. Praise GOD for my children. My daughter comes over 3 days a week and helps me around the house & sometimes cooking. My son takes me to doctor's appointments and to do errands.

My business has suffered; trying to do hair is extremely painful.

I continue with treatments with my Pain & Spinal Dr., Physical/Aqua Therapy, Trigger Finger/Tendinitis/Carpal Tunnel.

Since the accident, I've been depressed. In 2022, my primary doctor referred me to a therapist. We have Zoom therapy twice a month. I've been seeing a psychiatrist. From his observation & the written test I've done, I'm severely depressed.

The settlement from the accident & selling my car has allowed me to cover my rent & bills.

However, those funds are depleted. I need to be able to cover rent & bills, which is $2,000 & $3,000 a month.

My disability attorney informed me today that he is still fighting on my behalf but that he would have to go to court on my behalf.

Whatever amount you are able to help me with is greatly appreciated.
