I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my beautiful Mom, Michelle Pridemore, who was recently diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma - breast cancer. At this point she has had multiple tests, with more on the horizon, never ending appointments with many different specialists, and is tentatively scheduled to have surgery on November, 26. Recovery will be at least six weeks and the plan at this point is to undergo radiation treatment, though that may change. She does have health insurance but the bills are already beginning to add up, and this is just the start.

 

If you know my mom, you know that she is a hard working, strong, independent woman. She is not one to ask for help. She likes to do things and handle things by herself. But, this is a lot for anyone, even a bad ***** like my mom - I know if we pull together and raise some money for her bills that it will be one less thing for her to worry about and I know it will help as well, just for her to see that people care.

 

I know we can take care of this for her - even if we do it one five dollar donation at a time!
