Little help here?

Hi my name is Jamey and I’m a 48 year old wife and mother of one.
Ten days ago I underwent surgery to remove a polyp from my colon. Everything was going fine, I’ve been home for over a week and I’d gone back to my job delivering food and groceries. Then I got a call from my surgeons office yesterday.
The pathologist’s findings have come back and the surgeon needs to go back in. I have colon cancer.
Im terrified on so many different fronts currently.
Due to several things I’m the sole provider for my family.
As I do not know how much of a “big surgery” this next round is going to be, nor do I currently know if chemo is going to be in the cards, my ability to feed and house my human and furry family is looking rather dire.
Please any help at all would not only be appreciated but would mean so very much.
Thank you.

Edit 1 Thank you everyone who's donated and/or shared so far.  I honestly can't tell you how much I appreciate it.
Edit 2
"Hi! Let me tell you about Jamey, because like all of us writer sorts, the moment she has to write about herself, it all goes out the window, and Jamey’s a lot more than just the breadwinner and mom.

First of all, and last of all, Jamey is a survivor. She has gone through some of the toughest of times, fighting her way through to keep the bright heart of hers solid and true. Even when she was going through the toughest trials, she was still offering kindness, care, love, and plain home cooking to anyone that needed it. She has lived a pretty hard lot, but, sometimes, we just can’t catch a breath or a break.

What had been just some simple polyps in her colon have turned out to be cancerous, and now, she has to go back under the surgeon’s knife, not to mention possible chemotherapy. To say this is a hard blow is an understatement.

So, like so many others, Jamey needs a helping hand or two.

But she is not alone! Oh no! Jamey has a lot of strange and lovely and loving on line friends who are here to help her, and help you get to know this wonderful, whimsical soul. SO! Let’s get on with the cool stuff. Who am I? I’m Deanna, I am a writer, an artist, and cancer survivor myself.

How did I meet Jamey? Why, on-line role playing! That’s right! We’re NERDS! For years, we have made up all sorts of fun pretend time stories together! Jamey also plays off line with dice, super nerd, I know!

She has been an avid horsewoman, she is a huge lover of big dopey fluffy Akita doggos, and she recently ended up getting pwned by some darn cats. I always love seeing dog people getting pwned by kitties, it’s hilarious.

Jamey has this wonderful and weird affiliation with squirrels. Not just because she’s twitchy and hyper, oh no, she also has a fluffy tail and can store up to ten acorns in her cheeks. …I’m kidding, it’s totally because she’s twitchy and hyper.

What really makes Jamey special is her heart. She has taken in, literally and figuratively, so many people who needed a friend. Needed someone who would listen. Needed a Mom."
