Amirah’s Road To Recovery

On Saturday, January 7th my beautiful baby girl was the passenger in a single vehicle accident. She was ejected out the passenger door and sustained multiple injuries. They’re include a broken jaw, two missing teeth, four broken ribs, seat belt burn, road rash, air bag burn and multiple lacerations to her face.
She has already undergone jaw surgery on 1/8, which included two metal plates being put in her jaw and it being wired shut for a minimum of 4 weeks. This means she’s on a full liquid diet.
Once unwired she will need dental reconstruction and possible bottom lip reconstruction.
She has a long road to recover. Any donations to help with medical bills, surgeries and the added expenses for her care are very much appreciated.
Anyone who know Amirah, knows that she is lively and full of energy. This is all going to be a definite struggle for her.
Everyones messages, flowers, thoughts and prayers mean so much to us!

UPDATE!!
Amirah got her stitches out today.  She’s still having pain but managing well. She will have her wires removed on 2/8. She will require ‘conscious sedation’ for the procedure - which is not covered by insurance. So, again THANK YOU to everyone that has donated, sent gifts, warm wishes - EVERYTHING!  It all helps with these unexpected expenses!
