Hi everyone,
This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write. Our sweet boy Ozzy, our beloved cat and the heart of our home, is fighting for his life, and we’re desperately trying to save him.
Ozzy needs an urgent surgery called a perineal urethrostomy (PU). It’s a life-saving operation that will allow him to pass urine properly and relieve him from the agonising pain he’s been in. Without it, we’re told he won’t survive.
The cost of the surgery is £5,000, which feels impossibly high for us right now. We’ve already spent everything we could on emergency treatments, tests, and vet visits. Tragically, our insurance doesn’t cover this condition. We are completely heartbroken and out of options.
Ozzy is more than a pet. He’s family. He’s the little shadow that follows us from room to room. He’s the first to greet us at the door, the loudest purr when we’re feeling low, and the most playful, cheeky soul you could imagine. Our home is filled with his energy, and without him, it just feels empty. The thought of losing him simply because we can’t afford the surgery is unbearable.
If you’re able to help in any way, no matter how small, please know it would mean the world to us. Every pound brings us closer to saving Ozzy’s life. And even if you can’t donate, a share could make all the difference.
Thank you for reading this, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring.
Thank you.
