To our Dover community,

I am reaching out because one of our own, The Keinath Family, recently received some devastating news regarding their 5 year old daughter Matilda.

After a 10 day bout with nausea and vomiting, an emergency room visit and numerous tests and MRI, doctors discovered a brain tumor.

On January 20th, Matilda underwent surgery to remove the mass. The family is still waiting for pathology results and a future plan for treatment.

The Keinath family moved to Dover in June 2022 with their 3 children, Henry (7) Matilda (5) and Whinnie (4). Although they are new to the area, this amazing family has made an impact to our small community and are very loved.

It’s going to be a long road ahead for the Keinaths and we would love to wrap our arms around this young family.

With these funds, they can purchase meal deliveries (family has food allergies), housekeeping services, cover medical expenses, and anything else the family might need during this difficult time. Any amount big or small is appreciated.
