Help for surgery

Hi, my name is Jerry and I'm desperately trying to help my wee boy Mylo.

Mylo is a fun loving 4 year old french bulldog. He is my world and I just love him.

We have taken brilliant care of him, he has always been to the vet when needed and lives in a loving home.

Sadly in September 2023 he had an issue with his back that resulted in him losing the ability to walk on his back legs. It was diagnosed as IVDD.

Mylo was and still is insured but due to a technically, the insurance company would not help with the cost of his surgery. The cost was over £6000 which I paid for out of the balance of my savings and a credit card. I'm going to be about 70 by the time I have paid it off.

Due to Mylo now having a preexisting illness, no insurance company with give cover for this disease.

After months of rehabilitation and care, Mylo got better.....but sadly yesterday, the IVDD has come back and my poor wee boy is in trouble. I am trying everything I can to manage this with crate care, antiinflammatory meds and painkillers.

My vet has recommended surgery. I know that I can't afford this right now. I hate asking for help but I am struggling to find a solution. Any help to get Mylo covered for another operation would be so incredible. An MRI is £2000. Just unbelievable. I know people ask for these donations. I know times are tough for everyone right now, but everything I can scratch together is for him. Getting him better is all that matters.

Every penny that I raise, plus my own money will go into Mylo and his operation. Just him and him alone. If you can help, I would appreciate it.
