Hi, my name is Jennifer, and I am raising money to help an injured puppy that I rescued after he was hit by a car. I am doing everything I can to save his legs and make sure he gets the medical care he needs to heal and live a normal, happy life.

A few days ago, I was driving when I saw a small puppy lying in the middle of the road after being hit by a car. The driver kept going, but I could not just leave him there. I turned around, stopped traffic, and picked him up before he got hit again.

Since then, I have been doing everything I can to help him. A lot of vets and rescues turned me away because they said he was not my dog, but he did not have a microchip, so I went ahead and got him chipped. Now he is officially mine, and I am trying my best to get him the care he needs.

The vet said he has several serious injuries:

• A broken front leg (both radius and ulna)

• A broken back leg (femur)

• A pelvic fracture

He needs surgery to pin the bones back together so he can walk again. Without it, he could lose one or more of his legs. I cannot afford the surgery or the ongoing care on my own, but I am not giving up on him.

The money will go toward:

• His surgery

• Pain medication and antibiotics

• Follow-up vet visits during his healing

• Supplies like blankets, food, and a recovery bed

He is still so young and has such a good chance to heal if we act fast. He has been through so much but still wags his tail and tries to move. He is a fighter, and I just want to give him the chance to live a normal, happy life.

My goal is to raise $20,000 to cover everything he needs for surgery and recovery. Anything helps, even a few dollars or just sharing this link.
