911 please help me to prevent foreclosure

I am in dire straits! I owe my condo association $20,000. If I do not come up with all of this money by April 22 they are going to foreclose on me! My mortgage payment is up-to-date; I did not realize that this could be done! There was a lien put on my condo when I sell. I thought that was all that they could do.

I was totally wrong!

It is very humbling to have to ask for money. I am much better at doing this for someone else and for animals! If you can, please help. I greatly appreciate it. No amount is too small or too large.
