Storms Emergency Surgery

Today our sweet baby girl decided to jump out of a moving vehicle and was ran over by a car. We are completely heartbroken over the whole situation. If I could go back in time she would have never been in the car in the first place. Her back hind leg is broken in multiple spots and her lungs are overly full of air caused by stress from the accident. She is going to have to go to a specialist and will require multiple surgeries. The cost of all her care will be around $15,000. We have already paid over $3000. This is an emergency situation and we will have to have her leg amputated if we cannot find the means to pay for the operation. We are looking at all our options to fund this operation and would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.
