This beautiful little girl is Ava. She is 8 years old and has autism.  Sadly, on April 27th, the lives of Ava's family members drastically changed when Ava received a devastating diagnosis of Leukemia.  She is currently at Hasbro Children's Hospital where she will be for at least the next month. Her medical team is currently working to strengthen her immune system, and once that happens,  she will then begin chemotherapy.  Ava's devoted father, Albert,  is staying with Ava at Hasbro, and he is not able to work while doing so. Albert is Ava's primary caregiver. Funds will go to help defer costs for the family and to provide them with groceries and anything else that they need during this difficult time.
