Ren Mackey: Road to Recovery

My good friend and co-worker Ren Mackey recently suffered a tragic burn accident while welding in his garage.  The burns were so bad that he needed to be air lifted from his home in South Dakota to a special burn unit in St. Paul Minnesota.  According to the doctors, he will need to undertake multiple surgeries and remain in the MN facility for up to a month.  Words cannot describe the pain he and his family must be going through physically and mentally.

Ren is a fighter, but the road to recovery will be a challenging one and life altering. If you are able, please join me to help support making Ren’s rehabilitation a bit easier by helping reduce their financial burdens during the difficult path ahead.  His wife Tara is staying in St. Paul to be close to him and help him and there are other expenses not covered by insurance for the family.  Thank you for being a part of providing the means and hope for Ren and family to face this journey and letting them know he is not alone in his fight to recovery.
