Help Jeff Rebuild After Surviving the Unimaginable

Sometimes life throws us into situations that seem impossible to endure. For my dear friend Jeff Agostinelli, this past December was one of those times.

What began as a harmless experiment in surrender—a moment of vulnerability and courage—took a devastating turn. Jeff, a compassionate coach and mentor who has dedicated his life to helping others, found himself misjudged, misdiagnosed, and trapped in a system that failed to see him for who he truly is.

After a misunderstanding during his experiment, Jeff was arrested and involuntarily committed to a psychiatric hospital.

What should have been a place of care and support became a waking nightmare.

Jeff was placed on heavy medications he didn’t need, treated as if he were unstable, and stripped of his ability to advocate for himself.

But the worst was yet to come.

After being transferred to a second psychiatric facility, Jeff endured physical assaults by other patients.

He was attacked multiple times, forced to defend himself in an environment where safety was nonexistent. Sleep became a luxury, and Jeff lived every moment on high alert, just trying to survive.

Through sheer resilience and the support of a few compassionate staff members, Jeff finally made it out. But the trauma he endured has left lasting scars—not just emotionally, but financially.

While Jeff fought for his freedom, his life outside the walls of those facilities was crumbling.

Unable to work or communicate with his clients, he fell behind on rent and bills. Now, he’s on the brink of eviction, facing the very real possibility of losing everything he’s worked so hard to build.

This is where we can help.

Jeff has always been the one lifting others up, helping them overcome their challenges and transform their lives. Now he needs us to do the same for him.

Our goal is to raise $17,000 to cover his overdue rent, immediate living expenses, and give him the stability he needs to recover and return to the work he loves.
