Hello, my name is Stella Gonzales. I am in need for a little of financial help. I was diagnosed with kidney failure about two years ago and I am waiting for a kidney transplant while doing peritoneal dialysis every day at home. In the beginning I was doing 8 hours of treatment, and then it went up to 10 hours, and recently it went up again to 13 hours. I was able to work full time until recently ( last month), due to my health being worse even with doing dialysis treatment everyday.  I was taken out of work for one month by my Primary Care Doctor, to get my health under control.  A day later I was terminated from the company I was working for. I am technically still employed with my temp agency, but I have not made any income whatsoever. I also applied for disability but haven't gotten any payment.

I am getting help from American Kidney Foundation to help with the cost of my treatments, but unfortunately I still need help with living expenses. I live on my own and I need help to pay rent and utilities bills so I don't get evicted. I also need help with my car payments so I can keep my car to go to all my Dr appointments. 

I also have a 7 year old daughter that I haven't been able to take care of full time, due to my health and my work schedule, before I got let go from my job. And now that I am not working I am still not able to take care of her because I don't have any income to pay for her expenses. 

At the moment I'm not even sure how I will be able to make my rent which is due on 7/1/2021. So any contribution will help, and thank you for taking the time to read my story.
