My name is Syed Murtuza, and I'm a resident of Livermore, California.  I'm doing this fundraising for my close friend and a professional colleague Bill Toci and his wife Diana, who have lost everything in the Paradise Camp Fire, and need help. 

The Camp Fire in Paradise is one of the worst fires in recorded history of California.  The entire town of Paradise was lost, with well over 600 people missing and more than 60 dead, and the death toll
continues to rise.  Bill and Diana Toci  luckily survived the fire but lost everything, and have no place to go to.   They need our help to rebuild their lives and get back on their feet.    Bill and Dianne are retired, and are on a fixed income, and need our help.   

Those of you who don't know Bill, he worked for Veolia North America as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager for the City of Burlingame, CA, for a better part of his life.  He retired in 2015, and went to live his golden years in Paradise.  Everything he had including his house and belongings are now gone.   

Bill and Dianne are in immediate need of help.   I'm trying to raise $5,000 to help them with temporary housing and supplies. Anything you could do to help is appreciated!

The money raised from this fundraiser will be provided to Bill and Diana Toci to help them with temporary housing costs, groceries and essential supplies while they figure out a way forward during this difficult time.   The funds raised will be transferred to my checking account with Bank of America, from which I will write a check to  disburse the funds collected directly to Bill and Diana Toci.
