Please help Princess!

Hi I'm Evan and this girl here is Princess! She's a 14 year old pitbull who recently got sick. Due to coronavirus I lost most of my clients from dog walking. I'm slowly working back to how it was but my salary doesn't even cover basic vet check ups or even to get her diagnosed. I originally thought she might have a cyst in her overie but looks like she just had false pregnancy! due to her age my doctor thinks it's best she gets spayed as soon as she's over with her false pregnancy. since Princess is 14 years old getting her spayed cost more then normal.
