Help Olivier Escape a Transphobic Home

Hi everyone.
My name is Olivier and I’m a 30-year-old nonbinary trans man with disability. I’d love to legally transition (to correct wrong gender marker and name in my documents) and be able to search for a job as who I really am. However, to do that in Poland I have to sue my parents, even as an adult.
I came out to my parents as trans 3 years ago, but since then they haven’t accepted it and continue to misgender me. Last year, after paid internship I managed to get funds for transgender diagnosis and start HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy), which was a world-changer for me. Finally I was starting to be able to look at myself in the mirror, and wasn’t afraid to hear myself speak. Strangers began addressing me as a man, but it also started causing inevitable confusion after they had to see my ID with wrong gender marker (e.g. at a post office or during elections).
And maybe you already heard, but situation of LGBT people in Poland has never been great in comparison with other EU countries (no laws protecting from hate speech, no marriages nor civil partnerships available to gay people, no adoption rights, and obligation to sue your family to legally transition), and recently even got much worse.
The last presidential campaign in the summer put LGBT community as “an enemy of family and national values” in the forefront. Ruling politicians without shame were stating that “LGBT is not people, but ideology” and “it’s an ideology more harmful than communism”. This led to hate propaganda in state media and the rise in assaults on LGBT people in general. And even after the elections the hate campaign hasn’t ended.
My parents watch state TV every day. Listening to it is deteriorating my mental health and I don’t feel safe there. Also, my family is very controlling. Maybe they do it out of love, but I’m already 30, and I feel trapped. And because of the law, I have to ask parents to allow for my transition which seems like a major hurdle to face.
That’s why I’m asking for help.
I don’t have a job right now and with clear dissonance between my appearance and legal documents it’s hard to find anything (but I’m constantly trying). I’ve been gathering documents necessary for legal transition, and soon I should be able to file the lawsuit. Which I really would like to do asap because I suspect the current law regarding transition may easily change from bad to worse with the current political atmosphere. And the law usually changes in January, so it's always safer to file for the lawsuit before the end of the year. The doctor prescribing me hormones urges me to start court proceedings too.
I also should move out - to feel safer after confronting my parents, and to be able to find a job more easily (the current area I live in has a horrible job market and is very conservative).
Currently most of my savings go to my medications and doctor appointments, that’s why I’m asking for any monetary support that could help me to settle in a new place and pay for the court fees related to transition. The sum I need is the total of court fees, security deposit and 3 month rent in a new city (so I’d be sure to find a job in that time), and 3 months’ worth of food, medications, and bus tickets.
Thank you for reading this far, I’d be grateful for getting any help, though I understand if you don’t have means to do so. At least please share my story then. If you have any questions please feel free to contact my friend who organizes this campaign (who helps me because Poland isn’t a country supported by GoFundMe services).
If you’d prefer to donate via PayPal, it’s: paypal.me/Steppenfuchs. Thank you so much.
