Justice for Angela Michelle Carr

My name is Ashley Carr-Thomas and I’m raising funds to continue my mother’s legacy, and to lay her to rest. She was gunned down in a heinous crime on august 27,2023 in Jacksonville Fl in what’s being called a race crime.
