Blown head gasket/cracked head

Greetings,

 I'm an owner operator and my business is called Two crazy vikings trucking, composed of my wife and my self. I'm also a very proud person who doesn't ask for help. I prefer to do things on my own. I have just had too many repairs on my truck this year and missed too many days because of it. 
 The repairs i have had to do this year include a new radiator, many sets of tires, a new clutch, batteries, brakes including brake drums, u-joints etc. I know a lot of this is fairly rutine maintenance but taking time out of working has cost us money upon the repair costs. The money we have saved has all gone to repairs. This was unexpected. 
 We really don't have the money to do the repair. We moved into a house recently to be close to work and that has eaten up a lot of our savings also. The idea was a long term one to save us money.
 Our Semi is older and wearing out. Unfortunatly , we don't have the money to buy another either.  We'll be out of work for about 2 weeks wth no income. We just need to get the truck back on the road so wew can work.
 I truly hate to resort to this but we really can't think of another way. I have sold anything that i have that was of any value as has my wife. I hate to sound desperate but we really are.
