Hi, our names are Miranda and Jessica, and we're Kristi's daughters, we're reaching out with the heaviest heart we've ever known. Last Monday, our world shifted forever—we found out that my mother has lung cancer, and it’s already spread to her liver and bones. As of today she is in the ICU at Altru, please contact first before visiting.

There’s no way to prepare for something like this. We’re still in shock, trying to understand what comes next—but what we do know is that she’s going to need support in ways we can’t manage alone.

Our mom is our hero. She’s the kind of woman who’s always given everything she had—whether it was for her family, her work, or someone in need. She’s tough, stubborn in the best way, and she has this quiet strength that has held our family together more times than we can count. Now she’s facing the fight of her life, and we want to be there for her every step of the way.
