His Hero Is Now Working In The Sky: Watching Over His Son
Donation protected

On November 15, 2024, our family was forever changed by the devastating loss of my little brother, Oscar David Moreno. At just 26 years old, David was taken from us far too soon. He was more than just a son, brother, and friend—he was a light in our lives, with a heart full of love and laughter that touched everyone he met.
But perhaps his most cherished role was being a father to his 2-year-old son, Amado. David adored his little boy, and in Amado’s eyes, his dad was a hero. Now, in the innocence of childhood, Amado believes his father (dada) is working in the sky.
As a family, our greatest wish is to honor David’s memory by ensuring that Amado is surrounded by love, stability, and the opportunities his father would have worked so hard to give him. We want him to grow up knowing that his dad never left him, that he was taken by circumstances beyond our control, and that David’s love for him is eternal.
We are reaching out for your support to help secure Amado’s future. Your generous contributions will go toward his well-being, education, and the resources he will need to thrive in the years to come. Every dollar raised will be a reminder to Amado of the love his father had for him and the community that stands behind him.
If you prefer, donations can also be made via Venmo to @valeria1515. No amount is too small—every gesture of kindness is deeply appreciated.
Even if you are unable to donate, sharing this campaign would mean the world to us.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your compassion, love, and support during this unimaginable time. Together, we can ensure that Amado feels the love his father would have given him every single day.
With heartfelt gratitude,
The Moreno Family
