Hello! I'm Milo, and I'm transmasc + nonbinary. I'm finally getting top surgery in August this year - something that I've been working towards for about five years.

I can't believe it's really happening - I know that this surgery will improve my wellbeing in so many ways. Binding and continuing to live within a body that doesn't always feel like my own can be really frustrating, painful and exhausting.

All gender affirming care should be free and easily accessible to anyone who needs it. But in reality, it's still really expensive!

A major reason why I have decided to seek mutual aid to help pay for surgery is because I have come into some unexpected costs this last year with the management of my chronic health issues. Having my chronic health issues under control will improve my life generally and hopefully improve the outcomes of my surgery!

I am hoping to raise up to $3000. The rest of the surgery costs will be coming out of my savings. Any amount that you can spare would make a huge difference - thank you so so much.
