Hi, we are a team of four 14 year olds from Dumfries Young Curlers who came together to compete at the under 17 Ashams for the 2024/25 season.

An opportunity has risen as Dumfries Young Curlers are only 1 of 2 clubs that have been invited to enter teams at the 19th International Junior Curling Club in Fussen, Germany from 25th - 27th April. After playoffs, we came out winners and we were asked to represent the club.

We are now planning this trip with the help from our Coach and parents. We are flying from Edinburgh to Munich, transferring to Fussen and staying 4 nights in the youth hostel and competing over the 3 days.

This is a fantastic opportunity for us all and we are carrying out a number of fundraisers to help fund the trip, however, we looking for some further support with the costs.
