Further Improvement for Mark
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Austin and I am a longtime friend of Mark.
About two years ago, Mark was involved in a dirt bike accident that caused severe injuries to his head, causing him to lose his vision. After 7 extensive facial surgeries, his day to day functioning is improving. His eyes have settled into their natural position, and he is able to move, close and open them properly. He continues to have right facial paralysis, which he works on daily with exercises and massage.
Physically, Mark is very strong, but unfortunately still does not have any vision.
He has been enrolled in a school for the blind to help him with day to day tasks, but there is a long waiting list. This is why we are asking for donations for a device called OrCam My Eye.
It is a device that will assist Mark in daily activities helping him become more independent. The OrCam will identify and describe his environment, including reading, object identification, color identification, facial recognition and much more. This device will enable Mark to return to work and function more independently.
Please feel free to check out the device using this link to understand how this would benefit Mark.
