Furnish Neighbors, DAEOC Resource Center for the Unsheltered

Tax deductible
DAEOC has operated a homeless shelter for over 40 years. Last fall, flash flooding inundated the center, destorying furnishings, appliances, and supplies forcing the permanent closure of the shelter. Fortunately, grant funding became available to build a 12-unit shelter in a new location scheduled to open by January 1, 2025 and will be named neighbors. Grant funds are not however available to equip and furnish the new units. Today, we are asking for your help to help prepare the new center to accept families as they address their individual challenges during their 90 day stay. Every dollar helps.
