At close to the coldest time of the year, and just before Christmas, our furnace has castrophically failed.  We have been without heat or hot water since Thanksgiving.  I have tried to solicit help from sources such as Masssave, but do not qualify since we are not National Grid or Eversource customers. I have scraped together everything I have to purchase a new furnace and am now trying to get a plumber to install it.  My budget lives on the edge as it is, but this threatens to push it over. Any help we could get would be greatly appreciated.
