The Furnace 10K Walk for Mayo Roscommon Hospice is Celebrating its 27th Anniversary.

We are inviting everyone to joining us on Sunday July 20th with the walk starting as always at the Derradda Community Centre (F28 E292). You can commence walking any time from 11am to 2.00pm and after completing the loop walk around the Furnace Lakes return to the newly refurbished Derradda community centre for the famous post walk refreshments.

If you can not join us on the day please walk in your own time any time in the week before or after July 20th and donate online. We had feed back that this arrangement suited some people better than walking on a specific day.

Starting Point

The starting point for the walk is at Derrada Community Center. There is parking space around the center.

Following the Loop

While you are out on the walk, the loop is clearly signposted with black posts. You will want to follow the BLUE ARROWS that are shown on the signposts.
